WE PROVIDE A PARKING PERMIT AS PART OF YOUR STAY AT RIDGE VIEW HERE'S HOW IT WORKS.....

7 Days before your visit

We'll aim to capture your registration number from you around 7 days before your visit, but don't worry if you're hiring a car - we can make arrangements to capture the registration when you have it.

On the day of your arrival

• The parking permit will be valid from 2pm on your day of arrival.
• If you park in Keswick prior to 2pm please find a free place to park or pay for your parking
• The permit is only valid in the following car parks (also shown on the map below)
  • Central Car Park, Keswick (2 minutes walk to Ridge View)
  • Lakeside Car Park, Keswick (5 minutes walk to Ridge View)
  • Otley Road Car Park, Keswick (4 minutes walk to Ridge View)
  
• Please do not park in any of the other car parks without paying for your own parking as the permit is not valid in other car parks
• We will text you (on the number supplied with your booking) with confirmation that the permit is now valid for your vehicle - please contact us to check if you don't receive this confirmation by 2pm on the day of your arrival

On the day of your Departure

• The parking permit will be valid until 11am on your day of departure.
• If you park in Keswick after 11am please find a free place to park or pay for your parking
• We will text you (on the number supplied with your booking) with a reminder that the permit will not be valid for your vehicle after 11am - please confirm receipt of the text, we may call you if we think that you may have not recieved the text message, we'd hate for you to get a parking ticket after a lovely holiday in Keswick
• We will also text you when we switch the parking permit to the next guest arriving so you know the permit is no longer valid for your car.
